Best No. 40 in Steelers history: S Myron "Boo" Bell

No. 40 may not have the same impact as other exciting numbers in our previous countdown to kickoff, but the greatest wearer in Steelers history is none other than Boo, aka Myron Bell.

Bell, drafted by the Steelers with the 140th overall pick in the fifth round of the 1994 NFL Draft, played with Pittsburgh for six seasons (1994-1997, 2000-2001) and the Cincinnati Bengals for two seasons (1998-1999).

During his eight-year NFL career, Boo appeared in 112 games and made 39 starts, recording four interceptions, 280 combined tackles, seven forced fumbles, and 6.5 sacks.

Boo also started for the Steelers in Super Bowl XXX against the Dallas Cowboys, further cementing his legacy as the greatest No. 40 in team history.
