Antoine Griezmann has done it again for Orlando City.

The legendary French World Cup winner scored a trademark golazo and assisted another in Wednesday's 2-2 draw at Chicago Fire FC.

The result extended Orlando’s unbeaten streak to five matches, putting the Lions on the verge of Audi 2026 MLS Cup Playoffs qualification.

The moment of the match came in the 35th minute, when Griezmann received the ball outside the 18-yard box and curled it beautifully around a defender and an outstretched Chris Brady.

A true AT&T MLS Goal of the Year contender, it was Grizi's sixth goal over a five-game scoring streak.

Historic impact

Griezmann (14g/8a) has enjoyed a dream start to life in Orlando since joining over the summer from Atlético Madrid, becoming the second-fastest player to record 20 MLS goal contributions

With 1g/1a against Chicago, he also became the fourth player in MLS history to record a goal or an assist in at least 12 consecutive regular-season matches.

He also owns the longest such streak by any player in the league this season.

More importantly for Orlando, when Griezmann scores, the Lions don’t lose. After Wednesday's result, Orlando’s record in matches across all competitions in which Griezmann has scored improved to 8W-0L-4D.

Into the final stretch

With two matches remaining, Griezmann and Orlando face some of their toughest challenges yet as they look to secure a playoff berth.

First up is a visit to Eastern Conference rivals Charlotte FC on Saturday (1 pm ET | Apple TV), followed by a Decision Day clash against the second-place New England Revolution (4 pm ET | Apple TV).
