Qualcomm Sells ₹184 Crore Shadowfax Stake

Qualcomm Incorporated’s subsidiary Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte has reduced its holding in technology-led logistics company Shadowfax Technologies through a bulk transaction worth nearly Rs 184 crore.

According to stock exchange data, Qualcomm Asia Pacific sold 75 lakh Shadowfax shares, equivalent to a 1.28% stake, at Rs 245.13 per share. The transaction value stood at around Rs 183.8 crore. Qualcomm held a 2.26% stake in the company as of June 2026.

Institutional investors trim Shadowfax holdings

Qualcomm is not the only prominent investor to have reduced its exposure to Shadowfax recently. Newquest Asia Fund IV sold a 2.13% stake on August 6, while Flipkart Internet and Eight Roads Investments Mauritius II offloaded 5.48% and 7.67% stakes, respectively, on July 24.

Shadowfax shares closed at Rs 255.40 on the NSE on August 21, declining 1.01% amid heavy trading activity. Despite intermittent corrections, the stock has maintained an upward trend since March and has more than doubled from its IPO price of Rs 124 since its January 28, 2026 listing.

Shanthi Gears, KDDL and Nxt-Infra see block deals

Promoter Tube Investments of India acquired 20.64 lakh shares, or a 2.69% stake, in Shanthi Gears from Pacific Assets Trust for Rs 77.49 crore. The shares were purchased at Rs 375.30 apiece. Shanthi Gears closed 20% higher at Rs 464.25.

Flipkart Plans To Sell ₹700–750 Crore Stake In Shadowfax, Block Deal May Reduce Holding To Around 2%

In KDDL, ChrysCapital-backed Clarus Capital 1 purchased a 1.07% stake worth Rs 48.21 crore, while promoter Pranav Shankar Saboo sold a 2% holding for about Rs 89.8 crore.

Nxt-Infra Trust also recorded substantial transactions. Kotak Mahindra Bank, Larsen & Toubro and Kotak Mahindra Investments acquired 2.63 crore units from Actis Highway Infra for Rs 247.29 crore. Actis separately sold 64.5 lakh units, while LGT Wealth India purchased 35.75 lakh units.
