Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A heated altercation between two officials of Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) was reported outside the corporation's headquarters following a meeting of sanitary inspectors on Saturday.
The clash was reported at the main door of Atal Bhawan.

The dispute reportedly broke out between Zone-9 Health Officer (HO) Sumander Sharma and Assistant Health Officer (AHO) Balveer Malik after the meeting.
The entire incident was caught in a video, which is now being widely circulated. The clip shows the two officials arguing over a topic. Malik can be heard saying, "Ap mat bola karo mujhse. Main mantri ji ki nahi sunta...Kya galti kari maine 30 saal mein? Arrey ap har waqt kehte ho. Main nahi sunta apne baap ki. " (Tell me if I have done anything wrong on duty in last 30 years. I can't take unnecessay comments from the minister or even my father."
Malik ranted out his anger on his senior, while other officials tried to pacify him.
Was about to hit senior with shoe?
According to a viral video, the argument escalated, with Malik allegedly threatening his senior and claiming, “I do not even listen to the minister.” Malik was also allegedly accused of attempting to remove his shoe to attack Sharma, but another AHO intervened and stopped him. Other officials and employees present at the spot also stepped in to prevent the situation from escalating further.
AHO Malik threatens with 'resignation letter'
During the argument, Malik reportedly showed a letter kept in his vehicle, claiming it was his resignation letter. He allegedly said he always carried his resignation and could quit if required.
The exact reason behind the dispute remains unclear.
The BMC administration has not yet issued an official statement on the incident.
