AC Milan have made contact with Arsenal over a potential move for Ethan Nwaneri as the Serie A club step up their search for an attacking midfielder this summer.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the Rossoneri have enquired about the 19-year-old England youth international, who is among several creative left-footed players being considered by head coach Ruben Amorim and the club’s recruitment team.

While no formal negotiations have begun, Milan are understood to have sounded out Arsenal over Nwaneri’s availability as they assess options to strengthen their attacking ranks ahead of the new season.
Arsenal are yet to make a final decision on the teenager’s future. The report claims the Gunners are weighing up whether to keep Nwaneri in Mikel Arteta’s first-team squad or sanction a move that would guarantee him more regular playing time.
