Christian Pulisic’s 2026 World Cup earnings revealed
Christian Pulisic played 225 minutes during the 2026 World Cup before the ankle injury.
As the face of the USMNT, he faced brutal fan backlash for a scoreless campaign, heavy first-half turnovers against Belgium, and a seemingly nonchalant attitude.
Despite all of this, he’s still set to earn the same amount as his USMNT teammates from the World Cup, as ESPN have given the rundown on the prize money.
It’s believed that Pulisic will receive around $246,153.85 for his efforts at the World Cup, which works out as $6.4 million split across the 26 squad members.
Overall, the prize money for the USMNT at the World Cup sits at $16 million, missing out on a potential $20 million had they made it past Belgium.
And due to an equal pay agreement, 80% is shared between the USWNT and the men, whilst U.S. Soccer retains a 20% portion of the overall payout.
