R130 million PowerBall jackpot-winning ticket bought in KwaZulu-Natal

Sizekhaya, the new operators of the national lottery in South Africa, have confirmed that the winning ticket for Tuesday’s R130 million PowerBall jackpot was purchased in KwaZulu-Natal.
Without offering an exact location, Sizekhaya confirmed to The South African website that it was ‘purchased at a retail store in the province’.

One as yet unnamed player walked away R128 593 394.50 richer after correctly predicting the five numbers drawn as well as the PowerBall bonus ball.
Those numbers were 2, 10, 22, 28 and 49.
Meanwhile, the bonus ball was 7.
No PowerBall EXTRA winners
Meanwhile, the were no winners of the new PowerBall XTRA jackpot.
The PowerBall XTRA numbers drawn were 4, 12, 27, 35 and 41 with the bonus ball being 15.
Following the latest win, the PowerBall jackpots have now been reset for the next draw, scheduled for Friday, 5 May at 21:00 on e.tv and SABC.
The PowerBall jackpot now stands at an estimated R7 million, with the PowerBall XTRA jackpot at an impressive estimated R116 million.
