The Cleveland Cavaliers are headed to the postseason. 

Cleveland has locked in a playoff berth and has been guaranteed at least a spot in the first round of the 2026 playoffs. The Cavaliers make it out of the regular season for the fourth season in a row. In the last two years, Cleveland has made it out of the first round, but has lost the Eastern Conference semi-finals 4-1. 

Additionally, the Cavaliers secured the No. 4 seed in the playoff bracket. This means that at least for the first round, Cleveland will have a home-court advantage in the seven-game series.
