1. Stafford connects with Nacua for 11 yard Touchdown

Stafford’s third touchdown of the day went to Puka Nacua, giving LA a 21-3 lead. It was a fantastic job by Puka to come back to the ball, giving himself momentum to cut up the middle of the field and find the endzone. Often times, wide receivers left the ball travel to them as opposed to working back to the football.

2. Emmanuel Forbes collects PBU on 4th & 3

Normally, Forbes finds himself on the unfortunate end of some big plays. But this time, he was the responsible party for a huge pass break up on 4th & 3 from the LAR 48. Forbes went around the top of Cody White to knock the ball away and give Los Angeles great field position. LA turned the turnover on downs into 7 points…

3. Kyren Williams scores 17 yard Touchdown

Kyren Williams capped off a dominant first-half performance with a 17-yard touchdown run against the Las Vegas Raiders, extending the Rams’ lead to 28–6 with 1:19 remaining in the second quarter. On 2nd & 7, Williams took a pitch from Stafford around the left end and broke a tackle to hit paydirt.

4a. Defense gets 4th & 2 stop

The Raiders offense managed to drive the ball a little bit more effectively in the second half but LA’s defense came up with a big stop. Kirk Cousins tried to find Cody White in the endzone but the Rams coverage in the secondary was sticky.

4b. Defense gets 4th & 5 stop

On the next Raiders drive, the Raiders got to the Rams 25 yard line and elected to go for it to try and stay in the game. While Kirk Cousins had Nailor open toward the sideline, the pass was a little long and Nailor couldn’t keep control of the football as he went to the ground, resulting in an incomplete pass and another turnover on downs.

5. Higbee’s leaping grab on 3rd & 2 to move chains

After momentum swung in favor of Las Vegas, the Rams had to put together a drive to put the game on ice. On 3rd & 2 from LA’s 43, Higbee’s made a leaping grab from a Matthew Stafford bullet. Higbee has made a habit this year of being one of Stafford’s go-to guys when the offense needs a play.
