Week 7 of the College Football season was the most chaotic yet, flipping the AP Poll upside down for the first time this year.

No. 4 Ohio State had perhaps the most important win of the day, taking down No. 5 Indiana with a huge road win. While one of those top-seven teams was guaranteed to lose, three more also failed to come away with a win, creating what is now one of the craziest weeks in recent college football memory.

No. 1 Georgia, No. 6 Alabama and No. 7 Texas all suffered unexpected losses, which all but guarantees that the AP Poll will look much different next week. In fact, it has been over a decade since that many top-seven teams all lost over the course of one weekend.

To close out the night, No. 8 BYU too down No. 2 Notre Dame, cementing history in the process. Here's a look at the history that all the upsets in Week 7 made.

How upset-heavy Week 7 produced historic College Football feat

No. 1 Georgia, No. 2 Notre Dame, No. 5 Indiana, No. 6 Alabama and No. 7 Texas all lost on Saturday, making it so that five of the top seven teams in the AP Poll lost in the same week for the first time ever.

The previous high was four top-seven teams losing at in the same week, which happened in Week 6 of the 2014 season.

The last time this many top-ranked teams lost in the same week, it was No. 2 Oregon, No. 3 Alabama, No. 4 Oklahoma and No. 6 Texas A&M who all fell. In fact, No. 8 UCLA also lost that week, making it so that five of the top-eight teams suffered a loss.

Unlike this week, when a top-five team was guaranteed to lose in the Ohio State-Indiana game, none of the top-seven teams that lost in 2014 played another team ranked in the top seven. However, three of them did play ranked teams overall, with Oregon being both the only team to lose to an unranked opponent and the only one of the four to lose at home.

This just shows how unlikely it was for Georgia, Notre Dame, Indiana, Alabama and Texas to all lose in the same week while being ranked so high, especially with three of those teams playing at home.
