Action report from the bookmakers
Philadelphia Eagles at Jacksonville Jaguars (in London, England)
Thomas Gable, sportsbook director at The Borgata in Atlantic City: "Obviously, we sit in Eagles country, but people are still laying 7.5 with the Jaguars. I wouldn't be surprised if this gets even higher. There doesn't seem to be any good news coming out of Philadelphia. Not many Eagles backers. I was surprised we had as much Philadelphia support last week. Culmination of injuries together that have moved this line. If you're looking at a healthy Eagles team, the Jags would still be favored."
Joey Feazel, head NFL trader at Caesars Sportsbook: "Opened up -2.5, a five-point move. Jaguars have the most experience playing in London, and looking good on both sides of the ball. Perfect storm for this. Eagles are absolutely playing on fumes right now, and a lot of scheme stuff not working. You don't usually see this dramatic of a move unless a QB is out."
Chicago Bears at Green Bay Packers
Gable: "No Caleb Williams again here. We opened Bears -1.5, but it got down to -1 at one point and touched -3 at one point. We took some Packers money at +2.5 and even at +3, but we're writing some Bears money at 1.5."
Feazel: "Another one that's flipped. We opened last week Packers -2.5, now flipped all the way to Bears -2.5. It'll be interesting to see what actual adjustment is when Caleb Williams comes back, but it's shown how good Ben Johnson and the weapons are, that it hasn't made that big a difference with Williams out. Mostly action on the Bears, which is rare for Chicago going to Lambeau. Green Bay's last outing wasn't great. They have O-line issues. I anticipate Bears action to continue."
Las Vegas Raiders at New England Patriots
Gable: "We opened Patriots -3.5, and it's still there. Total really hasn't moved much, 45.5 down to 45. Pretty balanced here, a little bit more money on the Raiders at the moment, but fairly balanced."
Feazel: "Especially here in Nevada, we've been seeing an absolute flurry of Raiders money. They've been competing well, including against the Chiefs. A lot of Raiders action and Vegas moneyline. Until we see them not looking good on either side of the ball, I expect that to continue. Line opened Patriots -3.5, still -3.5. Sharper side has been New England, but going to see a lot of money on Vegas."
San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks
Gable: "The total has come down a point from 47 to 46. Seahawks are still laying 3. We have a little bit more money on San Francisco at the moment. I think we'll be fairly balanced here. I'm expecting a high handle on this one. Not much of a decision right now."
Feazel: "Opened this one up Seahawks -3.5, now down to -3. Pretty balanced action and some under money coming in. Obviously the 49ers still look good offensively, Brock Purdy putting up numbers. Action-wise pretty balanced and I expect it to be pretty even up to gametime. Seahawks by 1 or 2 will probably be our best outcome."
Buffalo Bills at Los Angeles Rams
Gable: "Rams are up to -3, opened -2.5. I did bump Buffalo down half a point after last week's loss. We are getting some backers on the Bills now that it's at 3. Early money was on the Rams at -2.5 and even on the moneyline. Potential Super Bowl preview in Week 5. I expect a pretty high handle on this one come Monday."
Feazel: "Line opened Rams -2.5, up to -3. We're seeing mostly Rams action and seeing a lot of Rams and over money. Opened 52.5, up to 54.5. Bettors were on Rams in Week 1, off them in Week 2, sharp action late against them vs. Broncos and on them against the Eagles. With the way we've seen Bills action the first four weeks, I'd expect more to come in and this to be one of our highest-handle games of the year. The big need is going to be the under in this one. I'm going to guess some more two-way action as we get closer to Monday."

It's always notable where respected bettors have landed on this week's games. While these prices may not currently be available at all sportsbooks, knowing where sharps have wagered can also be instructive for in-game wagering.
Yahoo Sports conversed with several bookmakers over the course of this week, and here is where some sharp action has been (and the numbers it came in at):
Jaguars -2.5, -3.5, -4, -4.5, -6, -7
Vikings -2
Dolphins +7.5
Commanders -3.5
Texans -7
Seahawks -3
Packers +3, +2.5
LA Rams -2.5, -3
