Results will come says Crawley's Kazim-Richards

Crawley Town head coach Colin Kazim-Richards says he's confident his side can improve their form and move up the table.
The Reds have won just one of their opening five league matches so far, leaving them 21st in League Two with four points from a possible 20, scoring five goals.

He told BBC Radio Sussex: "You can see certain aspects of the game where we are dominant and you can see where we need to be better - like capitalising on our dominance in terms of goal returns.
"If you look at it just from a points aspect, it's not where any of us want to be. But at the same time, we've got 16 new players, eight debuts and it's a brand new team coming out of a season that wasn't great."
Kazeem-Richards was handed his first management role by the Sussex club in March, taking nine points from their final seven games to avoid relegation by a single point.
Only one of their league matches this season have been lost by more than one clear goal - a 2-0 defeat by Bristol Rovers - and the 40-year-old Kazeem-Richards said he is relatively satisfied with what he has seen.
"There are a lot of positives to take from it, in terms of the way we want to play, our one-on-one dominance and our final third entries and our creation," he said.
"We haven't had games where teams have cut us open and we've been smashed five or six nil and we've been destroyed.
"Now we need to turn those positives into points. We've had countless meetings with the players and the staff. We have to up the tempo and up the energy."

They saw 12 players aged 25 or over leave this summer and just three outfield players over the age of 25 coming in.
Kazim-Richards was previously involved in the youth set-up at Arsenal and he has no issue with working with a younger group.
"People say experience, experience, experience. How do any of these players get any experience?" he said.
"If I take Osman Kamara [on-loan Arsenal winger aged 19] for example. In the four games so far I'm sure you've seen how much he's progressed already.
"If he was the end product, the full package, I'll be right in saying he wouldn't be with us in League Two.
"As you see he's going past people like it's water and then maybe his final pass is not as it should be, or where we want it to be."
'We have a good mix but need to gel'
Crawley were recently bought by KB Sports and Leisure in August 2025.
The club has invested in pitches and infrastructure at their training facility at the University of Sussex, but Kazim-Richards says their on-field ambitions have to be tempered for now.
"We have to understand where we are at as a club in attracting players. I have total confidence that we have inexperienced players, but lots of talent," he said.
"On the flip-side, we also have a lot of experience like Dan Orsi, Dion Pereira, Jude Arthurs, Louie Watson, Charlie Barker is young but has lots of experience.
"We do have a good mix, but probably need to gel it a bit more with the more experienced need to take charge a little bit more. But I don't think its a massive problem".
