The winner, who has chosen to remain anonymous, became South Africa’s latest multi-millionaire after matching the winning numbers in the PowerBall draw on Friday, 21 August 2026.
He purchased the lucky ticket at Pronto Fruit and Vegetables in Molapo, Soweto.
