PSG got most of their business done very early this summer. They made some sales and some signings.
The two that have dragged on have been the sales of Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye. But with the former now done and the latter almost complete, the window is effectively over for the Parisians. All sources seem to agree now that there will be no further summer business.

There was one rumour which came up in the last 24 hours. Santi Aouna, who is always well connected with French transfers, says that there were “inquiries” from PSG to Crystal Palace about defender Jaydee Canvot.
Aouna stresses that PSG “are not expected to make a move in this transfer window.” However they’re finding out some basic details, and are considering “reactivating” this pursuit in January, when they have a better idea of their squad and what’s needed.
Palace have been forced into a number of sales this summer, and clearly would rather not sell another first team player. Knowing that PSG will be back in the winter, they can start looking for replacements already.
Canvot is Paris born and bred, although he was not in the PSG academy.

One key player missing in this game was Ousmane Dembele, who has been given a week off and will return to training on Monday afternoon.
Bradley Barcola’s move to Liverpool for a fee rising to €140m has been given the “here we go” by Fabrizio Romano.
