India dispatches third relief flight as Nepal clarifies stance on foreign aid
India has dispatched its third military aircraft carrying humanitarian aid from New Delhi to Kathmandu following devastating flash floods along the Nepal-Tibet border. This takes India’s total aid contribution to around 60 tonnes.

Nitish Kumar, (IPS 1999 AGMUT), has been transferred from CID and posted as ADG Armed Police J&K. Sujit Kumar, (IPS 2007 AGMUT), has been appointed IGP Kashmir Zone.
Vivek Gupta, (IPS 2007 AGMUT), has been appointed IGP Security. Tejinder Singh, (IPS 2008 AGMUT), presently IG CID J&K, has been posted as IG Jammu Zone.
BhimSenTuti (IPS 2004 AGMUT) has been posted as IG Headquarters, J&K. Uttam Chand, (IPS 2002 AGMUT), IGP Police Operations and Services at Police Headquarters, has been appointed IGP Railways, J&K, replacing Vivek Gupta. He will continue to hold additional charge of IGP Police Operations and Services until further orders.
Shakti Kumar Pathak (IPS 2009 AGMUT) has been designated as Director, Anti-Corruption Bureau, while Mubassir Latifi Ameer, (IPS 2011 AGMUT), has been transferred from DIG Personnel, PHQ, and posted as DIG IR Kashmir. He was also holding additional charge of DIG Training, PHQ.
