Comment: The senior helped the Musketeers win two matches last week. On Tuesday, Currie finished with 12 kills, 13 digs and six aces in a 25-23, 25-22, 25-18 sweep of Agoura in a nonleague match. On Thursday, she had eight kills and two aces in a 28-26, 25-18, 25-12 sweep of El Camino Real in a nonleague match.

Sport: Football
Comment: The senior quarterback broke his own school record for touchdown passes in game and tied the second-best mark in Ventura County by throwing seven in the Rangers’ 59-14 win over Taft last Friday. Dennie completed 20 of 24 passes for 425 yards and moved into the No. 4 spot on Nordhoff’s career passing list. The Rangers (2-0), who have scored 112 points in two games, will host Mira Monte this Friday.
