Gia is on the 11U All-Star team, and said she hopes to play in the LLWS when she's older.
Sims asked Tony what his dad has shown in 43 years as a Little League volunteer, including five LLWS appearances.
"He is a hard-working person," Tony said of Tim. "When it comes to Little League baseball, especially at West Side, he loves it. He pours his heart and soul into it for the kids. And his main goal is to get every kid as good as they can be."
Tony said Tim has coached him, his cousins, his nephews, his daughters and his brother.
"As a coach, he genuinely cares about every kid that he coaches," Tony added. "And me helping him the last couple years, I can see where a kid starts off with him, and how much they improve throughout the year with him. He genuinely cares about every kid."
Tony added that his 93-year-old grandma was watching from home.
"Think about that - how many times he's been here," ESPN analyst and former Cincinnati Reds fan favorite Todd Frazier said. "That's incredible!"
