The primary school building was constructed in 2007. However, according to the information accompanying the viral video, the structure started developing problems within about a decade.

The footage also shows the toilet area in poor condition, with no water flowing from the tap near the entrance.

The roof has reportedly deteriorated significantly, with water dripping through the damaged portion during rains.
