Paul Pogba is searching for a new club after leaving AS Monaco by mutual consent.

Pogba signed for Monaco last summer on a two-year deal, following his return from an 18-month doping ban.
The former Manchester United and Juventus midfielder endured a frustrating time at the Ligue 1 side, in which he made only six senior appearances and totalled just 115 minutes of action.
Monaco have now confirmed his departure, leaving the 33-year-old without a club. It continues a difficult period for the 2018 World Cup winner, whose fortunes have been on the decline since leaving Manchester United in 2022.
He’s played only 14 league games in four years as a result of persistent injuries and that 18-month ban from the game.
“Having jointly concluded that the objectives initially set were only partially achieved, AS Monaco and Paul Pogba have decided, ahead of the first match of the new season, to bring an end to the contract that was due to run until June 2027,” a Monaco club statement said.
“The Club would like to express its heartfelt gratitude to the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner for the trust he placed in the institution and for the utmost professionalism he demonstrated throughout his time in Monaco.
“During his spell in AS Monaco colours, Paul displayed a remarkable mindset, unwavering determination and the highest standards at every moment. Through all his efforts, he was able to return to top-level competition after a long period away from the game, while also sharing his experience and expertise with the first-team squad.”
Pogba also thanked the principality club for their aiding his return to football after his ban.
“I would like to thank the President and the management, my teammates, all the staff members and every supporter who believed in me. Representing this club and the principality was an incredible experience. AS Monaco is an incredible club and although I did not play as many games as I had hoped, I will always be grateful for the opportunity to wear their colours.”
