Amakhosi and Masandawana played to a 1-1 draw at the FNB Stadium.
Moloisane made his first appearance for Chiefs since joining the club in July as a free agent. He impressed at the back, playing alongside Miguel and Zitha Kwinika.
Miguel believes Moloisane will add more to the Kaizer Chiefs team this season, especially in defence.
“Regarding Thabo, you can see that he’s a player who’s very committed to the team,” he said, as per FARPost.
“That’s the kind of player I like. I’m happy with the signing of Thabo.
“He’s someone who will give us something during this season.”
Kaizer Chiefs have made five signings this transfer window and are looking sharp in the Betway Premiership. A draw with Sundowns puts them second on the log behind Orlando Pirates.
Moloisane makes Chiefs debut
Miguel has also praised another Chiefs new signing, Langelihle Phili. The 21-year-old winger has impressed since joining Amakhosi and scored his first goal against Downs.
“I can see in him that he’s a player capable of helping us. Not only him; all the players have to step up, like Langelihle Phili [against Sekhukhune United],” the Chiefs defender added.
“He just played his first game as a starter.”
Moloisane adds experience and leadership in the Chiefs defence and if they are to compete for titles, he will have to play a big role.
