The Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership (iFEEL), Lonavala, successfully organized Deeksharambh 2026, the induction ceremony for the PGDM Batch 2026–2028, marking the beginning of a new academic journey for aspiring management professionals. The event witnessed the presence of eminent personalities from academia, industry, and government.

The ceremony was graced by Pramod Kale, Padma Awardee and Former Director, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), ISRO, as the Chief Guest. His inspiring address emphasized the importance of curiosity, perseverance, innovation, and excellence in achieving professional success. The event also featured insightful addresses by Dr. Parag Kalkar, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, and Dr. Abhay Jere, Managing Director & CEO, DEXIT Global and Former Vice Chairman, AICTE, who shared their perspectives on innovation, entrepreneurship, higher education, and the future of technology.
The Guests of Honour, Mr. Pranil Jadhav, Branch Head, AMUL (GCMMF Ltd.), encouraged students to develop leadership qualities, industry-oriented skills, and a lifelong commitment to learning.
