‘Going to age terribly’ – NFL fans ridicule Dak Prescott over his latest Dallas Cowboys claim
· Yahoo Sports
NFL fans across the nation have been left perplexed by Dak Prescott’s new name for his Dallas Cowboys offense.
Brian Schottenheimer was unable to lead the Cowboys to a winning season in his first year in charge at AT&T Stadium.

The offense was not the biggest issue in Dallas, with Prescott throwing for 30 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
Jerry Jones has been able to retain wide receiver George Pickens through the franchise tag and Prescott will also have CeeDee Lamb at his disposal.
Early indications from the Cowboys’ training camp are positive, with Prescott already coming up with a new nickname for his offense.
However, not everyone has embraced his new saying, with fans mocking the 33-year-old online.

The term GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) is often used to describe specific players, but Prescott is now calling the Cowboys offense the GOTI (Greatest Offense There Is).
Although it was on defence where the Cowboys were let down last season, the lack of Super Bowl wins in Dallas over the last three decades has fans baffled by this nickname.
Taking to social media platform X, one NFL fan said: ‘Why do they keep doing this to themselves?’
‘This is going to age terribly,’ said another.
The Cowboys ended the 2025 season with the second-highest ranked offensive unit – only behind the Los Angeles Rams.
Another fan wasn’t convinced by the nickname, they said: ‘Something is telling me this won’t age well’.
‘Setting themselves up to fail like usual,’ added one fan.
Jones is open to trading for a big-name addition ahead of the trade deadline if the right opportunity comes up.
However, there are fans out there who feel Prescott may be doing too much talking this offseason. One fan said:
‘Winners don’t talk, they just go out and do it. Losers and insecure people have to talk themselves up.’
Another even said: ‘That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard’.
The jury is clearly still out on the Cowboys, but there is not long to wait until Prescott leads the ‘GOTI’ out against the New York Giants in Week One.
