Western Railway shooter Ms. Sonam Uttam Maskar has brought laurels to the nation and Western Railway by winning a Bronze Medal for India in the 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team event at the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup being held at Hangzhou, China.

According to a press release issued by Chief Public Relations Officer, Western Railway, Vineet Abhishek, Ms. Maskar, who is working as a Junior Clerk at Western Railway’s Headquarters Office at Churchgate, also delivered an impressive performance in the Women’s 10m Air Rifle Individual event, where she finished fifth against some of the world’s best shooters.
Ms. Maskar has consistently performed with distinction at the international level. In recognition of her outstanding performances, she has also been selected to represent India at the Asian Games 2026.
