Cops said an investigation began in May into a male suspect accused of defrauding a 78-year-old of more than $33,000.

The suspect allegedly befriended the victim over a period of about a month and agreed to provide landscaping and repair services on the victim’s property. While the suspect was paid, he allegedly did not complete any work.

Investigators believe the suspect specifically targets vulnerable and older individuals through a variety of allegedly fraudulent schemes.

Police have concerns there may be other victims and have released a photo of the suspect as a result.

The suspect is also wanted by five other police services across Ontario for other fraud-related charges.

At the time of this incident, the accused was under conditions not to seek or accept payment for any work until it was completed.

Christopher Alexander Graham is wanted for fraud over $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, breach of a prohibition order, failure to comply with an undertaking and two counts of breach of probation.
