Following an ACL injury in training camp, Ransaw missed his rookie season. Looking ahead to 2026 for Caleb Ransaw

Defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile likes to run three-safety looks, and Eric Murray and Antonio Johnson will take the first two. It's expected that Ransaw will be the third safety on the depth chart, although rookie Jalen Huskey could challenge him for that spot. Continuing to maximize Johnson's versatility and moving him around is how Ransaw could make his way onto the field in 2026.

Ransaw was stingy in coverage and a reliable tackler during his college career at Tulane. He will need a strong performance in training camp to ensure he remains S3 for the Jaguars.
