Manchester City will have 19 players who last played a club match for them featuring at this summer's 2026 World Cup across North America.
Not only is that the highest number of any club in English football, but it is also the highest amount of all clubs across world football.

There are 17 teams who have 10 or more players at the World Cup that last played club football for them, of which five are English sides.
Arsenal are joint-third on the list alongside French side Paris St-Germain, the latter beating the former in Saturday's Champions League final. Both clubs have 17 players who recently represented them featuring at the tournament.
German champions Bayern Munich are second place with 18, while Spanish champions Barcelona make up the top five with 15 players.
Crystal Palace and Manchester United both have 12 players each, as do Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal and Spanish outfit Atletico Madrid.
Liverpool (11) are the other English side with 10 or more players featuring at the tournament. Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund and Galatasaray from Turkey are level with them.
Completing the list of teams with 10 or more representatives are Slavia Prague (Czech Republic), AC Milan (Italy), PSV Eindhoven (Netherlands), Real Madrid (Spain) and Fenerbahce (Turkey).
