With his fourth win of the 2026 season in Detroit, Alex Palou now holds a 62-point lead in the IndyCar championship standings.

Kyle Kirkwood's runner-up finish bumped him back up into second, with David Malukas falling to third, 79 points back of the lead.

Christian Lundgaard is the highest-ranked McLaren driver in fourth, 101pts adrift of the lead and just six points ahead of teammate Pato O'Ward.
