Play-off night for the 2026 Premier League Darts season is almost here.
Four players remain after an eight-player field clashed for the past 16 weeks in the league phase.
Three of the four players competing this Thursday at The O2 arena in London have won this event before, and all four have made the final.

Semifinal #1: Luke Littler vs. Gerwyn PriceWinner: Luke Littler, 10-8
Price has yet to beat Littler in the best-of-11 PL format this year.
They've had a lot of close matches in the PL and at other events, so despite Littler having a 6-0 2026 PL record against Price, it should be closer than what that record suggests.
Price is itching to get a major, as it's been a few years since he's won one, but with some of his inconsistent performances and issues off the oche, it's hard to get a feel for what version of Price will show up this week.
Littler hasn't really had many explosive performances in recent weeks, so the door could be open for Price to steal this game and make the final.
It really comes down to whether Price can get into his zone quickly at the start of his match with Littler.
The same can go for Littler, as he's extremely hard to beat when he has one of those nights where the scoring is excellent, and when he's giving his opponent few chances at doubles.

Semifinal #2: Jonny Clayton vs. Luke HumphriesWinner: Luke Humphries, 10-7
Clayton has been a little flat in the past few weeks of the PL, winning just one of his last six matches.
That could all mean nothing, though, as he's had a play-off spot practically clinched for a while.
It's going to be tough for Clayton to get by Humphries either way, as Humphries has peaked at this point in the season and looks to be in better form than Clayton.
Humphries enters play-off night with eight straight PL matches where he averaged over 100, showing how consistent he's been.
I expect Clayton to have chances to take command of this game, but he's going to have to be near perfect if a confident and relaxed Humphries shows up again this Thursday.

Final: Luke Littler vs. Luke HumphriesWinner: Luke Humphries, 11-9
A Luke/Luke final would be the third straight year we get the matchup in the play-off final, and I'm not sure many would be upset about it.
Their final in 2024 was electric, as Littler made history, winning his first PDC major title and hitting a nine-darter in the match as well.
Humphries got revenge this time last year, winning another close final in 2025, making them tied 1-1 in the PL title category.
As mentioned before, Humphries enters this week in great form, which is arguably better than what we've seen from Littler over the past few weeks.
Littler has a career record of 4-3 over Humphries when they've played in major finals, but Littler has won the last three (World Masters, Grand Slam and World Grand Prix).
I believe that with how Humphries has played, we'll see him take down Littler and lift the PL trophy for a second year in a row.
Three storylines to watch during the play-off night
Here are some storylines to look out for on play-off night.
Luke vs. Luke part 3?We've seen Littler and Humphries play in the final twice before, but will we see it for a third straight year, and if so, who will come out on top?
Can Clayton or Price pull off the upset? Both players have had great PL campaigns, but can either take down a Luke or two to take home the coveted title?
Will there be a 9-darter?We've seen four 9-darters hit on play-off night in the PL, with Phil Taylor most notably hitting two in one match in the 2010 final, but can a player find perfection this year?
