The Boston Celtics had the Philadelphia 76ers on the ropes in Game 5, but reverted to bad habits to lose the game 113-97. Or at least that is the point of view of NBC Sports Boston reporter Chris Forsberg on a recent episode of the 98.5 The Sports Hub "Toucher and Hardy" show, where they broke down the Celtics' Game 5 loss of their 2026 NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs first round series vs. the Sixers.
Boston had actually led for most of the game, though it was a close contest after the Sixers dug themselves out of a 13-point deficit and end up taking the game by 17 points. What went wrong for the Celtics? And should we be worried now that the series is headed back to Xfinity Mobile Center?
