Shooting victim found inside Toronto's Fairview Mall

Toronto Police are investigating after a shooting victim was found inside Fairview Mall in North York on Tuesday morning.
Police responded to a report of the shooting at the mall, located at the corner of Don Mills Rd. and Sheppard Ave. E., at 10:05 a.m.

Authorities said they found the victim inside the mall and that the male suspect fled the scene in a white van prior to officer arrival.
The victim was transported to the hospital via an emergency run. The condition of the shooting victim is currently unknown.
