One of the key components to Iowa's magical March Madness run to the Elite 8 was on the interior in forward Tavion Banks. His toughness, athleticism, and 20-point performance helped Iowa take down the defending champion Florida Gators in a big upset to punch a ticket to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 1999.
It has been reported by David Eickholt of 247Sports that the 6-foot-7 forward from Kansas City, Missouri, Tavion Banks, is declaring for the NBA Draft while also entering his name into the transfer portal.
