Washington Nationals vs Milwaukee Brewers Game Thread
· Yahoo Sports
The Nats have already secured a series win in Milwaukee, but this afternoon they are looking for more. Blake Butera and the boys are going for their first sweep of the season and the Nats first sweep in Milwaukee since 2006. The pitching has stepped up this series, and Zack Littell will look to continue that trend.
With a righty on the mound, the Nats are making a few alterations to the lineup. Luis Garcia Jr. will be back in the lineup, playing first base. Brady House will actually be in the DH spot today, with Jorbit Vivas at third base. Drew Millas will also make his way back in the lineup, hitting 8th and catching. Veteran Zack Littell will be on the mound for the Nats.

The Brewers are also making a few lineup tweaks. Jake Bauers is back at first base with a righty on the mound. David Hamilton will get the nod at third base over Luis Rengifo. Garrett Mitchell will also be back in the lineup and playing center field. The Nats have seen plenty of Brandon Woodruff over the years, most notably in the 2019 Wild Card Game. They will see him again this afternoon.
