The San Francisco 49ers may have signed offensive linemen Vederian Lowe and Brett Toth early in the new league year, but they've lost both Spencer Burford and Matt Hennessy already, with Ben Bartch still on the market as well.

Before San Francisco starts their offseason program, they should be looking to find more young depth up front, which is likely why they met with Washington offensive lineman Carver Willis at the combine.
Willis, 23, was a three-star recruit out of Durango High School in Durango, Colorado, before originally committing to Kansas State for the 2020 season. After five years witht he Wildcats, he spent one final year at Washington.
He started 17 games during his time at Kansas State and started 10 games at left tackle at Washington, earning an invite to the 2026 Senior Bowl.
At this point in the process, Willis is slated as a Day-3 pick in 2026. San Francisco could bring him in and give him a chance to compete for a depth spot at all five spots, as he believes that's how teams view him.
